Music AI raised $40 million in a Series A round led by Connect Ventures and monashees, with participation from Kickstart, Samsung Next, Toba Capital, Valutia, Pelion, Freddy Wexler, 3LAU, and Alexander23. Founded by Geraldo Ramos, Eddie Hsu, and Jardson Almeida, the Salt Lake City–based company supports both the B2B Music.ai platform and the B2C Moises.ai app, which now serves over 50 million users worldwide, and will use the funds to expand operations and development.
