ACE Management, established in 2000, is a private equity firm specializing in strategic industries and technologies, including aerospace, defense, and cybersecurity. The firm has built its model on strategic partnerships with large corporates such as Airbus, Safran, Dassault Aviation, Thales, EDF, Naval Group, and Sopra Steria, which invest in its funds.

In October 2018, Tikehau Capital acquired ACE Management to strengthen its private equity expertise in these sectors. Following the acquisition, Marwan Lahoud, a former executive in the aeronautics sector, joined Tikehau Capital and took over as chairman of ACE Management’s supervisory board.
