Seedstars Africa Ventures is an early-stage venture capital fund dedicated to investing in high-growth companies across Sub-Saharan Africa. The fund focuses on both digital and offline business models that address critical product and service needs, aiming to support innovative entrepreneurs throughout the region.

In December 2024, Seedstars Africa Ventures I announced a first close of $42 million, with participation from the African Development Bank, EIB Global, and Boost Africa, among other global investors. The fund targets investments in seed and Series A rounds, with a follow-on capacity of up to $5 million, to support the scaling of innovation across the continent.
