Stage and Valuation: Pre-seed stage with a maximum valuation of $3 million.

Industry Focus: Industry agnostic. We will not invest in businesses that are illegal at the federal level (such as gambling and cannabis), weapons, or businesses primarily based on cryptocurrency.

Geographic Focus: Exclusively US-based companies.

Company Structure: Companies must be Delaware C-Corps.

Investment Strategy: Focus on ROI and high-potential growth companies serving large market opportunities. Investment will be made in $20,000 installments, with the potential for multiple installments per startup based on performance.
