LEAD, formerly known as leAD Sports & Health Tech Partners, is a global venture corporation dedicated to shaping the future of sports and health technology. Established in 2017, LEAD has evolved from a Berlin-based accelerator into a premier entity with $155 million in assets, comprising an institutional asset manager building a global family of funds and an advisory division assisting organizations with strategic innovation and investment initiatives.

In July 2024, LEAD introduced LEAD ONE, a direct investment vehicle targeting pre-seed companies in the sports and health sectors. With an annual allocation of $1 million, LEAD ONE aims to invest in 10 companies each year, focusing on areas such as healthcare accessibility, youth sports, food as medicine, media/IP, women’s health, orthopedics, wellness modalities, gaming, and fan engagement.
